Both Practitioner and Owner License is valid for 12 months. You have to renew your license(s) before the expiration day every year. Municipal Licensing & Standards Office (ML&S) will send a letter to notify you one month before expiration day. Make sure update your mailing address for them.
To be eligible for your holistic licenses renewal, you have to be a current member of our association and in good standing.[spacer height=”20px”]
Checklist of License Renewal:
- Get your membership renewal letter from us.
- Update your criminal background check if needed (valid for four years).
- Pay your license renewal fee (in person@ML&S, or online)
