WHY ANNUAL RENEWAL?
Like all other professional association, our association’s membership is valid for 12 months. All members have to renew their membership before expiration day. Otherwise, your membership will be suspended or cancelled.
Municipal Holistic License annual renewal requires you renew your association’s membership first, to ensure that your membership is in good standing.
You may choose the following online form to complete your annual membership renewal or download and complete the Membership Renewal Form, hand in or mail/email to us.
When you submit the form online, you will be directed to the PayPal secure payment page, use your VISA/Master card, Debit card or bank account to pay the annual renewal fee.
Licensed Holistic practitioners who are first time transfer from other association will pay the same annual renewal fee, submit their Holistic Practitioner License renewal notice online, or send picture messages to our cell number 905-767-6688.
After evaluating your annual renewal application to ensure your membership in good standing in the past year, we will issue you a confirmation letter, which required by the Municipal Standard and Licensing.
